Amarillo-- West Coast Wagon

Amarillo-- West Coast Wagon

After getting blazed in Dallas Thursday night, the West Coast Burn wagon, (consisting of 10 crazy young people and a couple of old men) headed out for our first appointment Friday night in Amarillo Tx.

As Dave and the crew was setting up at “More” church and getting ready for the service.  Jeremy Hudson, our Amarillo connection showed me to the back of the church where our team would be spending the night.  When we walked into this large gymnasium type room I was startled by the explosion of colors that blasted my brain.  Hanging from the ceiling was a blanket of large flags.

“Wow” I said “most of the nations of the world must be represented in this room?”  Jeremy told me that every nation in the world was represented.  Again “WOW” This was no coincidence.

Maegan Doyle one of the five amazing team members from Roanoke Virginia, led worship and began immediately to sing prophetically over Amarillo.  The first words out of her mouth were, “The water is fire, the water is fire, it’s electric, it’s electric, it’s alive”  Melissa Gilbreath, (our team’s co-leader along with Dave Fritch) continued this prophetic utterance and begin to sing “First it quenches then it burns, first it quenches then it burns!”  This set the tone for an amazing night.

I have never seen more unity and flow in any team then I experienced last night.  This is not about us and we know it.  We are each instruments to be used at the whim and delight of the Father.   Our only agenda is the “Right Now” will of our Father.

God did far too much to record here, I will have some video but the battery died on the camera fairly early.  Let it suffice to say that there were many divine appointments kept in Amarillo last night.     The team lined up in front of the stage and desperate people came down front and God met with each and every one of them as only He can do.
