Day 7, West Coast--Glory in Rancho Cucamonga

Day 7, West Coast--Glory in Rancho Cucamonga

Thursday, Day 7 of the West Coast wagon found us in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.  We arrived yesterday evening early enough for a shower, Hallelujah!  (it had been a while.)   Refreshed but exhausted the fiery faithful of the “Inland Empire” led us up a mountain overlooking the city to pray for the city.

This morning we went to the Refuge House of Prayer, prayer room.  We prayed and worshipped for an hour and then Christina Vera and Anna Cotts led us in another hour of Worship.

We felt a deceiving, false sense of safety hanging in the air above Rancho.  Cory Volk, (Roanoke Soldier) saw a piece of silk lying over the city.  It was revealed this morning, through prophetic worship, that this piece of silk was a veil that was being ripped off of the city to expose the nakedness.   God’s heart is to heal not judge but judgment brings exposure.  Exposure brings a choice.  The humble church will choose to look at their lack and fall prostrate on the grace of God.  Arrogant churches rebuke this nakedness, dismissing it as a lie of the enemy.  The arrogant turn their weapons and dig trenches against Jesus and they do so in the name of Jesus Christ.

I had a dream New Years Eve night of this year that God would heal and deliver an army of healers and deliverers in 2009.   Exposing hurts!  If it wasn’t for this dream I may not have survived the first 4 months of this year.  I pray encouragement to Rancho Cucamonga.

Let this dream and our prayers surround you Rancho.  Your hidden conflict is not hidden and your prayers have not been in vain.  God remembers every prayer offered up for your city and all of the Inland Empire.  Be strengthened by each other in the Holy Spirit of unity.   Do not be afraid to vocalize what you are going through.  As what is hidden comes into the light, the enemy will retreat.  If the roaring lion can break your hidden battles away from the pack, then you are weak and vulnerable.  Seeking comfort and prayer by sharing your struggles is not speaking death; it is the “I” in testimony.  The middle of your test crying out for the end.

We absolutely fell in love with the ladies at the Refuge House of Prayer.  Laura, the House Director prayed for us Thursday before we left.  Laura and her team had been praying that Rancho would become more generous.  As an act of faith and blessing, Laura prayed for each of our team members and gave each of us a $50 bill!  It was amazing, that’s what I call seed time harvest!  Patty and Rachel, a couple of the other ladies from the prayer house, met us last night at the Dream Center.  After an amazing worship and prayer service led by Melissa Gilbreath and Dave Fritch, the two ladies went with our team to Santa Monica Blvd where we ministered to homosexuals until 2 am.  (more on that later)

God Bless Rancho Cucamonga!!!!  You guys rock
