Mainely Maine, With Freaking Tasty Lobsters

Mainely Maine, With Freaking Tasty Lobsters

So here we are, in Maine. Let me recap the last few days for you guys, to keep you updated. We were at Yale- did I mention that yet? Yale was intense. 6 hours of spirit-led worship and prayer. At least one person was saved- thanks to the eloquence of my good buddy Rob- and a stronghold for the Lord has been played in that city. You think a demonic stronghold is really even that strong? Bring it on- our God is way bigger than those punks.

Yale was one thing. Then we went to Brown University and prayed over its grounds. It's coming, guys. It really is. I could feel it. A sense that all Christians need to do is keep contending, keep fighting and hold on- and God will finally be King of our nation again!

And finally, we are in Maine. We've actually been here for a few days. It is honestly my favorite place so far. No offense, Detroit- ya'll are freakin awesome, and I honestly think that I like detroit just as much. I loved it out there. But Maine...this place is like a second home. We had some crazy intense worship here- God moved and descended and BAM. People had their lives rocked. The nature is flat-out beautiful- mountains mixed with a gorgeous view of the Atlantic Ocean! It's dang cold though- we couldn't go in the ocean. But that's okay. Ain't exactly the focus of our trip.

Anyway, We have had a heckuva time out here so far. It brings worship and Christianity into a more national perspective- it made it feel like we are unified with the believers in these cities. We ARE unified with them! We worshipped together! We are facebook friends! That's a big step! This isn't just us contending for Colorado- this isn't just a few believers in Denver surrounded by an entire country of opposition. There are believers in every city- all we gotta do is stand together on God. So why aren't we fighting more?

Instead of my normal jokes...let me leave you with that for the night. If victory is within our grasp- why aren't we fighting harder?
