On April 9, 1906 a group of young men and women gathered at 216 Bonnie Brae to cry out to God for an outpouring of the Spirit.  Convinced that God wanted to pour out a fresh Baptism of the Holy Spirit on their generation they gathered to fast and pray.  What happned in that small, humble house became a movement that spread around the world and has affected generations for over a 100 years. Later they moved to Azusa Street and thus the name of the revival---the Azusa Street Revival.

God opened the door for us to host a 3 hour prayer meeting a Bonnie Brae to ask God to do it again in our generation. We immediately felt the presence of the Lord as our guide retold the story of how the glory fell at Bonnie Brae on April 9th! As we began to worship the Spirit of God instantly fell on our team. The team began to spread out to other parts of the house and we began to hear the sounds of the Spirit falling us as some began to weep, groan, and laugh. Our team eventually ended up in the kitchen where one of our guys was laughing and uncontrollably under the influence of the Spirit.

 Everyone who entered the kitchen immediately got struck with the power of the Spirit. Most of our team ended up on the floor unable to stand under the weight of the Glory of God!  The rest of the night was a series of powerful waves of the Spirit as God set us free, healed us, and filled us with joy too glorious for words.  At one point in the night one of the guys read a plaque on the wall that described the prayer meetings of Azusa. What he read described is exactly what we were experiencing.

At times the presence of God was so strong and thick that I lost all sense of space and time! It was glorious as we were raptured into another realm! I believe we tasted a little of this Revival and it is only the beginning of what God will do among us!

William Seymour, one of the leaders of the Revival prophesied in 1910 that a revival would come to America that would far eclipse the Azusa Street revival. We are one year away from that prophecy being fulfilled and we believe we will be a part of it!
